SHEHVOO LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier (UPS®), the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the carrier (UPS®) for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.

If your package stops moving at any point do not worry, It is still on its way to you and is likely clearing customs or a new distribution center scan. Occasionally there may be weather delays or events that will cause delays.

International orders may be subject to customs duty fees which have to be paid before the shipment is released to you. SHEHVOO LLC is not liable for any fees imposed. If you’re unsure about whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. You will not be eligible for a full order refund should you decide not to pay these fees once your shipment is processed by the Customs department of your country.


We fulfill and ship all orders via UPS® Monday – Friday.

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Time in transit does not include processing times.

Tracking notifications will be sent when your order is processed, not shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to go live upon receipt of tracking.

If you do not receive your tracking via email within this time frame – check your spam folder. If the tracking email is not in your spam folder, please email and include your order #.
