Return/Refund Policy

GENERAL POLICY

SHEHVOO LLC will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, unopened condition along with all packaging.

  • Items that are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
  • In the event your goods have been damaged in transit, please email us, including a photograph of the damage, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please email support@shehvoo.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We require that your item is returned within 5 days of receiving your accepted return email. Please note that all returns that do not meet the 5-day requirement for requesting a return will only be considered for online store credit and no refund will be issued. Upon receiving your return acceptance email, you have 5 days to ship your return.

If you decide to return an item(s) to SHEHVOO LLC, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to SHEHVOO LLC. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Upon inspection and acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Items that appear used or opened upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
